The seasonal nature of our local flowers limits us to what is blooming at the time of your event. While we cannot promise a certain variety or species of flower will be available, we carefully curate the color selection of what we plant and grow to make these lovely color palettes available throughout the growing season. Larger focal flowers may be peonies, dahlias, tulips or poppies depending on the month and weather. Filler flowers may include stock, cosmos, zinnias, scabiosa, sweet peas, narcissus or a host of other beauties. Our foliage may be our own eucalyptus, artemisia, mint, jasmine, smoke bush, or ferns. Or we may use sustainably foraged greenery from the forest and ditches surrounding the farm. We also try to partner with our flower farming friends to support their farming efforts and showcase the best of our community’s local flowers. A note about roses: We may use garden roses in our designs occasionally depending on the availability. We do not generally use designer roses though because of the need to import them from very distant continents at great expense and carbon footprint. If you absolutely must have roses, please reach out via email prior to purchasing from the shop and we may be able to add on a custom charge for imported roses. But our local flowers are so very lovely that you won’t even miss the roses!
